Schedule a sale that reverts itself

Scheduled campaigns let you set a price change to activate at a specific time and revert automatically when the sale ends — so nobody has to change prices at midnight.

Create a scheduled campaign

  1. Go to Pricing → Campaigns and click New campaign.
  2. Choose the price change — a flat discount, a formula, or a fixed sale price — and the products it applies to.
  3. Set a start time and an end time. At the end time, prices revert to their pre-sale values automatically.
  4. Preview the affected products, then schedule.

What happens at each step

  • A snapshot is captured before the sale activates and again before it reverts, so you can restore either state.
  • You get an email when the campaign activates and when it completes.
  • Conflict detection warns you if another campaign already targets the same products.

Tip: pair with net-profit pricing

Instead of a flat percentage, schedule a net-profit formula so even your sale prices protect a minimum margin.
