Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using BulkOps ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using BulkOps on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

BulkOps provides bulk product editing, formula-based pricing, backup/restore, scheduled campaigns, AI content generation, and profit metrics for Shopify stores. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all edits, campaigns, and changes made through BulkOps
  • You must not use BulkOps to violate Shopify's Terms of Service or any applicable law
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API or infrastructure
  • You are responsible for reviewing the preview of any bulk operation before applying it

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans.

5. Data and backups

BulkOps stores snapshots of your product data to enable undo and version history. While we take reasonable precautions to protect this data, we are not a substitute for your own backup strategy. We are not liable for data loss resulting from Shopify API failures, third-party app conflicts, or events outside our control.

6. AI-generated content

BulkOps uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate product content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it to your store. BulkOps makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkOps and Darsh Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [City], India.
