Delivering personalized coupon codes via Shopify Flow

BulkOps.ai can generate unique coupon codes per customer and hand each one to Shopify Flow, so the delivery — email, SMS, or anything Flow supports — is fully automated. You build the codes and the audience in BulkOps.ai; Flow does the sending.

How it fits together

Set it up

1. In BulkOps.ai open Coupon Codes and create a batch — choose the discount, quantity, and whether each code is single-use and customer-specific.
2. Choose Deliver via Shopify Flow as the delivery method.
3. In Shopify, open Flow and create a workflow that starts from the BulkOps.ai coupon trigger.
4. Add a Send email (or SMS) action and insert the code and customer fields the trigger provides.
5. Turn the Flow on. Each generated code fires the trigger and is delivered automatically.

Troubleshooting

The Flow never runs. Confirm the workflow uses the BulkOps.ai coupon trigger and is switched on, and that the batch’s delivery method is set to Shopify Flow.

Codes arrive without a discount. Check the underlying discount is active in Shopify and its dates cover the send.
